Books help us to enhance our vocabulary. Books expand our imagination. Books are the best source of learning, even in times of digitalisation. The books listed below are the best books to read for children who are always curious and searching for answers.

The Harry Potter series is a set of 7 books by JK Rowling. These are one of the best books I have ever read. The simple language used by the writer helps even tweens understand the whole series. The books are actually a lot better than the movies. JK Rowling has created a brilliant kind of entertainment for children who are not interested in reading books. This sets a platform for young readers to read longer books. The books have sold so many copies that JK Rowling is the first person to become a billionaire by writing books. 2.THE PERCY JACKSON SERIES

The Percy Jackson series is a mythological fantasy book series written by Rick Riordan. Percy Jackson is named after the Greek hero Perseus. Rick Riordan has written many famous book series like The Trials of Apollo, The Heroes of Olympus and some other well-written books. The books are based on a Greek camp which invites demigods to stay there and be safe from monsters. Percy Jackson is a demigod with absolutely no idea about he being a demigod and the Half-Blood Camp. The book is a must-read for children who are looking to read books similar to the Harry Potter. 3.THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PAJAMAS

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is a 2006 Holocaust novel written by John Boyne. It is a book that falls in the genre of Holocaust fiction. It is based on a 9-year old boy named Bruno growing up during World War II in Berlin who meets a Jewish boy named Shmuel and they become friends over time. Bruno lives with his parents, his sister Gretel and maids. The book has been given positive and negative reviews, but according to me, this book is a good read for tweens. The book reached the top spot on The New York Times bestseller list. The books help a child to understand the impact of racism and discrimination due to the colour of the skin. 4.CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a very famous novel written by Roald Dahl. As always, Roald Dahl has produced the best book to read for children in grades 5 and up. Roald Dahl has written many good books like The BFG and more. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a novel based upon a poor boy named Charlie and a rich and mysterious man named Willy Wonka who owns a successful, but a mysterious chocolate factory. One day he decides to allow 10 children inside the factory by putting a golden ticket in his chocolates which are sold all around the world. Charlie is amazed when he finds the golden ticket inside a chocolate he just bought. Charlie sees the factory and is the best child in terms of habits and manners. All of the 10 children except Charlie get stuck somewhere or the other. This book has no limitations on who can read the book and who cannot. Even adults find this book fascinating and amazing.
